UGLYBUCK® Return & Refund Policy

UGLYBUCK® stands behind every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.


Because our products are consumable wild game feed and attractants, returns must be approved in advance and must meet the conditions below.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, the product must be:


  • Unopened 
  • Unused 
  • In its original packaging 
  • In resalable condition 
  • Approved by UGLYBUCK® before being shipped back 


Opened bags, partially used products, products with packaging damaged after delivery, or products exposed to weather, moisture, pests, or improper storage are not eligible for standard return. Any exception must be approved by UGLYBUCK® under our Satisfaction Guarantee.


Before sending anything back, please contact us at sales@uglybuck.com with your order number, name, photos if applicable, and the reason for the return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.


Please include:


  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue


If the issue was caused by shipping damage, fulfillment error, or a verified product issue, UGLYBUCK® may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Bulk, Pallet, and Super Sack Orders

Bulk orders, pallet orders, wholesale orders, dealer orders, and super sack orders are reviewed case by case.


Due to freight cost, product weight, and the consumable nature of the product, these orders are generally not eligible for standard returns unless there is a verified shipping issue, fulfillment error, or approved product concern.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified UGLYBUCK® error or approved shipping claim.

Return Shipping

Unless UGLYBUCK® approves otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and may not be eligible for refund.

Final Sale Items

The following items may be final sale:


  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Bulk or freight orders
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Custom, special-order, or promotional items
