Freight deliveries may require customer coordination, suitable access, unloading equipment, or liftgate service. Additional charges may apply for liftgate delivery, limited-access delivery, residential delivery, redelivery, storage, address correction, or other carrier-assessed fees.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because our products include consumable wild game feed and attractants, returns may be limited to unopened, unused, approved products in original packaging and resellable condition.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Any Satisfaction Guarantee offered by UGLYBUCK® applies only to approved claims and customer service situations. It does not cover misuse, improper storage, weather exposure, pests, normal preference differences, unlawful use, or products used outside label directions.
UGLYBUCK® reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, or denial of the claim.
Dealer, wholesale, outfitter, guide, sales partner, and bulk buyer relationships may be subject to separate approval, pricing, terms, policies, or written agreements.
UGLYBUCK® may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate dealer, wholesale, or partner access at our discretion.
